get photoshop, its industry standard. can be expensive so buy it though school or something, but you will need to learn it if you are serious about a career as artist, cheers~

that would be cool, so many artists are doing them these days, makes me jelly hahaha XD 

i just need an excuse to draw a character..  

what subject do you think would be more helpful to you: drawing characters? or painting and rendering them?

hmmmm some thing like master jubei video.... I still go back time to time to that and watch it .... so some thing like from sketch to a fully rendered characters or if not enough time just a drawing is cool too .... but the thing that I struggle with characters is that mine usually fell stiff and lifeless... so may be some thing along that subject.... showing characters personality... that would really be helpful to me

sounds like you need more of a drawing based tutorial. until then, start looking at how people and their bodies interact with gravity. people slouch, lean and twist. start making a comic, it will force you to draw people in strange positions, after 100 pages you will have much better understanding of anatomy (=

naaah, without the high heals the bamboo rockets would be burn back of her foot when activated or scrape the ground as she walked (which would damage them). plus there is also a poison dart in the heal she can fire~
