Your english is good for me. I'm not english myself so I don't notice
My advices are not worth much, I don't draw dragons myself, but what I saw is that :
Cute dragons often have big eyes, and the pupils don't cover the whole eyeball, while feral dragons have small eyes that are sunken deep into the skull, under scaly, pronounced eyeridges and cheeks. They are also on the side of the head for feral dragons, and on the front for cute ones.
Cute dragons often have a soft skin. Scales aren't very visible. Feral dragons, on the contrary, have large, visible, sometimes irregular scales with ridges, peaks, spikes...
The forefront (and the head) is almost flat for most feral dragons, while chiby (cute) dragons have vertical forefront. It's not very important and works together with the eyes.
The form of the mouth is important. Long, irregular mouth with teeth is feral, while short mouth or smooth line is more cute.
If you'd like to make it feral, I'd say : add some irregularities, like ridges or spikes at the back of the jawline, and above everything else, an eyeridge to make the eyes narrower
I really like how you drew the scales and the iris
