Description Hypsilophodon fox.

I'm feel like, I'm too lazy to draw Nigersaurus on Day 3, so I just wanted to draw any dinosaurs where I want for #drawdinovember2018 anyways, here's a unthinkable happen.

Personally, I like to draw hypsilophodon with feather-like filamentous structure after Tianyulong and Kulindadromeus, however in previously my art, Dinossword said he "don't think hypsilophodons have anything on them." But regard how he said his best, as not only hypsilophodon have skin impressions of scales and filaments after similar size of Kuilindadromeus, but this one is more basal Neornithischia than to basal Ornithopoda, as result of 2017's paper published as introduce a new specie of Ornithopod and more sister taxon to Iguanodontia Burianosaurus.

P.S. I give a mention to Dinossword for understanding my thoughts of hypsilophodon as both basal neornithischia and sister taxon to Cerapoda, so evolutionary whys, this means Hypsilophodon did apparently have both filaments and scaly hands, legs, feet and tail (but with scutes on tail dorsal).
