It's a rotten man, who was transformed to a werewolf or it's a werewolf, who was bitten by a zombie... man, that needs some more powerful magic to cure. Personally I think it's ugly and btherefore good. It's like a zombie should be, dead, yet still moving. And, unlike a vampire, zombies are in general rotten bodies, so I think ugly describes them perfectly. And this one has even holes in his skin and I can still see the remains of his iris and pupil.

Beheading should finish the job. Without a head... well, I think regeneration isn't that much of a problem and it works for vampires, too (if you put garlic in their mouth or burn them). Or explosive ammunition (illegal in all countries, which signed the Geneva Protocol), because there is hardly anything left, which can regenerate. If you have a flame thrower, you can also burn him.
I think a naginata or hellebard(keeps the distance), a high-caliber gun with illegal ammunition and some grenades should be all you need.
