well, this is just another in the long list of random sketches i've been doing to, not blow off steam, but to get out of a drawing funk. i dunno if this is a good drawing or not, but it was fun to draw. let me know what you all think.Related content

Oh snap! I love how you drew the AIM agents in the background! I thought those were interesting shapes and then I took a harder look. Nice and loose gestural sketch of Buckymerica. That's a loud-ass THWAK! haha

ehh. i wanted to draw the current incarnations of the original 5 avengers, you know? so at the time, cap was dead, janet was alive.... and hulk got stupid again (because of jeph loeb.)

sure looks like fun- kinda makes me wanna get in there with capt. and brawl too. I like how you surrounded him and focus on the big swing there! The sound effects are great, I think that's something you could pass into Mecha Reign even!

yeah i've thought about sound effects in mecha reign (i did in those fading heavens pages from a while back) but there's something about seeing an explosion, for example, with no sound that always gets me. i'm a sucker for it.

Anyways, the forearm seems a bit short, yeah. Shoulder to Elbow looks fine, but forearm's a bit iffy.
Great stuff, though. Love the "sound effects".

Alot of folks hate the new capt. I kinda like his suit...although, similar to Nightwing being Robin, its hard for me to get past the fact that he was Bucky. Damn...Bucky, probably had the worst (apart from OG robin) costume in comic book history.

haha! surprisingly not a font! i just played with a layer effect, that gave it out lines, and nothing in the middle... its pretty fun!
ahh, bucky's custume wasn't SO bad, atleast he had pants. plus he had army guns and stuff.
actually having read the story i can tell you that its really well done, and i actually really like this guy as cap.

What?! Not a font?! That's pretty impressive. As far as story goes, yeah, I like the ideas alot. He uses a gun. Most logical thing for Capt. to use. If I was cap, I'd use both guns and shields.

Arm seems a bit short, assuming he's around 6 feet tall. Very dynamic though.
