It`s Chikage Kazama, the demon from game and anime Hakuouki Shinsengumi Kitan (2d season "Hekketsu Roku") [link] He is the strongest Oni of the West. I made his last costume and Oni`s form. He was defeated by Hijikata Toshizou.
