Candeloro and witch cards belong to SHAFT.I picked up a background from her in game barrier and placed the witch and her kiss from Inu Curry's gallery on it.

The witch itself is pretty awesome, I just don't get it why they gave her such a weird name.
They must have been joking otherwise the name would be more Faustian.

She is the witch of Mundane desires and aspirations.
Her semi-official description says that she is a witch that stops time forever (die by Gretchen or time crash pal you choose) and that the disk on her head is a broken record that keeps repeating "Can't move foward" for all of eternity.
Personally I'd say "The witch had done everything she could to attain happiness, however, it was all pyrrhic because at the moment she tought she won her errand her smile broke and time stopped forever.".
