This started as a doodle in a notebook. Then something possessed me to create lineart for it. Then I got Corel Painter Essentials 4 working and decided to make use of it--so Tacky Man became the victim. I did the lineart in PSP and the coloring in Painter. Some of the coloring is a little off because chunks of my lineart mysteriously disappeared in Painter.
Yes, I am extremely lazy with backgrounds.
