I have worked in modern factories, the feeling is not the same. The building I work in now is of that era, but the work is new.

I find this a very moving picture, Denis. The detail of the daylight filtering into the building from a direction in which the craftsman is not looking adds a symbolic resonance to the whole.

I really think that the light (by that I mean a lot, blur, sharpness, local contrast...) is the only poetic tool in photography (composition also, of course, but it is just a rational means of communication).
