Peace is very fragile there. Termination of combats wasn't followed with the proper political solutions. Therefore, I'm afraid that any crisis of the broader political scale (for instance, strengthening of Russia at the international level) could lead to escalation of conflict. But this is far beyond my ability to understand the evil in itself.
So, you have been there?

Years ago as a peace keeper. Should have gotten there sooner and stayed longer. Beautiful country.
