Haha, dude it's easy I promise!
There are cheaper alternatives to buying Leicas: like the Fed2 [link]
I've got a Fed4 and it's pretty damn good, but it's a bit bulky.
Same with Rolleiflex, you can get cheaper variations that still work quite well: i.e. rolleicords, yashicas etc - I've even seen Mamiya TLR's go for hardly anything on eBay.
I've been using a crap Epson scanner for my 35mm negatives (which I've borrowed!) - it's pretty decent quality for anything up to 300mm. Again, real cheap on eBay, but ask around, because you might have a friend who has one and doesn't use it, like mine
Developing bit it easy, there are loads of videos on youtube, as well as the digital truth developing chart that tells you how to do everything. Also, you've got friends you can ask on here
You could just pay a lab to develop and scan until you got chemicals and scanner sorted.
I dunno, it's worth a go

Simply, because it's not a film. It looks disgusting, it has no poetry, it is sterile, it does not have an organic structure. On the one hand, it gives too much detail, on the other hand, does not provide the necessary details. It is all in the lines instead of the plasticity... I have, little by little, gave up shooting many scenes, precisely because it does not perform well in digital photography. In my opinion, the beauty of photography comes only after its processing, and digital photographs (due to lack of information, the small dynamic range ...) doesn't allow a lot of processing.

The sociological problem of the digital technology is that it is intrusive, and that imposes a taste (or kitsch) from the bottom to the top on the social scale (from ignorant to the experts, rather than vice versa, as it was in the age of film photography).
But there is another thing: there are many people who processed digital photos very good (remove all the negatives that I mentioned), for instance, here on DA: lwc71, cacciatore-di-attimi, and many many others.
