I really like this one. I think you did a terrific job on the eyes and texture of the fur. You've caught the personality of him right on and itΒ looks just like him.

How large a piece of paper did you use for this piece? I usually work on a 9x12 and I found if I work on smaller sheets it's very difficult to get smaller details like eyes when doing the whole animal. I think you caught the cats personality just right on this one.

i used a3 paper the same reason it may take longer but my control of how big things get isnt there yet hence why my perspective is usually out i usually do use a3 unless i want to challenge myself where i use a5 paper like the one i did with johnny depp i did to concentrate on his features

I've always drawn on fairly small size paper. Perspective is my biggest problem especially foreshortening.
I really like the one you did of Johnny Depp. It looks exactly like the character in the movie.(I have that movieΒ in my DVD collection}

excellent film, great ending. always admired his work.
i find when i try to look at details i make things smaller and when i look at overall shape i make things bigger. theres probably some weird psychological reason for that. one day i will plan and carry out a picture properly lol.Β

the eyes could have been better a bit of reflection and more attention to detail
