The rose is amazing! So well done, with the light effects. You even managed to show the structure of the leaves, with faintly darker lines, just in the right extent, so that it looks realistic and is noticeable but is not to much.
I think that's a matter of preference. I personally would go for a dark, almost blueish green, but it's got it's merit this way too, putting a strunger focus on the flower.

I just read a book about them (about both ravens and crows actually) - they are amazing - they can recognize and remember an individual humans' face for years which is really unusual for birds. Humans and ravens/crows have an interdependent relationship that the book detailed. Really interesting.

Well shading the background where the highlights are maybe, might give it more depth.
When it's all shaded, you kinda blend the crow in to the background a tad.

Beautifully done Dio, I think it should be left just as it is. The rose is absolutely gorgeous and the entire drawing is so very realistic. Great work on this drawing.

I don´t think it´s needed as the raven looks like it´s weight is pushing the rose toward us and in doing this we see it´s true colours. Looks great well done
