Well, I exceptionally wanted to break the annoying monotony of my account by submitting something again...And, that's not really surprising as it is, once again, a wallpaper. But nothing insignifiant here, that's a special one!
Most of you will recognize this [link] as a base for my wallpaper. And yes, I got the explicit permission of both ~adamis and TailS_tff [link] to use this artwork on my wallpaper (TailS_tff even suggested it to me). In fact, I did this as a gift to them and to thank them for that awesome collaboration (yep, Uekawa has some tough competitors now
).So... I myself consider this piece as "nothing to be excited about". It's rather pretty to look at but definitely not innovative. I'm lacking inspiration these times, hence this.
But Adamis anf TailS_ttf seem both to like and enjoy it, and that's what's count the most. I'm pretty glad they liked it, even if I'm aware it's not that brilliant.
For those who are under giant resolutions, I even made a 1600x1200. You can view it here [link] it's 1MB huge though.

Even I have a liking for Big (I'm just as laid-back as he is), despite what people who hate him say. Awesome wallpaper, btw. *Faves* Besides, he was voiced by the same guy who voiced Duke Nukem, Jon St. John.

Je trouve que le fond violet rend absolument bien avec le personnage, en plus tu as remis l'artwork derrière avec des ronds violets, qui rendent vraiment bien eux aussi.
Ensuite j'adore le soleil ça donne un effet été, plage !
Ensuite tu es pro, à mon avis tu pourrais te faire largement engager !

Sinon, me faire engager, euh... ça te parait peut-être pointu, ce que je fais, mais je suis absolument sûr qu'un vrai pro rigolera en voyant mes walls. Vois-tu, je n'ai pas fait école dans une école de graphisme donc question crédibilité... ça va pas le faire.
Enfin, c'était tout de même gentil de me dire ça. Ca ne peut qu'encourager.
Sinon, pour le soleil et le reste, j'avais pas d'idées... alors, j'ai fait ça (ça prend même pas 5 minutes à faire ce soleil et ces lignes censées représenter des nuages -- ce qui a donné le plus de mal est le bandeau sur lequel est écrit "Big the cat", j'arrivais pas à faire l'ondulation correctement).
Pour l'artwork de Big "avec les ronds" en arrière-plan, c'est un truc que j'ai utilisé plusieurs fois dans mes walls. J'utilises l'effet "Demi-teintes couleurs" de Photoshop, sauf que je spécifie le même angle pour chaque couleur (ceux qui ont l'habitude d'utiliser ce filtre sauront de quoi je parle

Merci. Ravi que l'idée du 1600x1200 te plaise. Et oui, c'est un peu toi, indirectement, qui m'a fait prendre conscience que se serait bien que je penses un peu aux gens qui sont sous de grosses résolutions.
