Ha ha ha ha ha ha.... ok. i bought the entire series of the lion voltron force. i am such a raging dork! anyhoo, i thought i would draw all the original voltron force/ space explorers in their original costumes... but in my art style. yes, keith does look different because i pulled his hair back. OMG! he had a mullet for crying out loud! so, i'll make him sexier this way. i also gave sven a hair cut... hated his hair too. i'm a girl! i'm allowed to be picky.back on subject, this is a mock picture of them standing outside the castle of lions. princess allura is having them pose. everyone is trying to look sexy and mysterious but keith is a little ticked that their wasting time... keith being grumpy? never. bah.
everything was drawn by me except the castle. that was a screen shot that was captured. i don't own voltron. i'm not old enough to be able to.

LOL!!!! I was just watching Go! Li-i-oh-nnnnnnnn! after the first few eps of original voltron. I must say I actually prefer what I have seen of Golion. Allura is blood thirsty, Pidge is a ninja, Hunk is actually smart, Sven doesn't have a stupid accent, and Lance actually TALKS. I had no idea the royal family had all been beheaded in Voltron, but in Golion they sure did (and with siblings, it IS possible for Allura to have niece names...*shuddering* Larmina). Of course in Golion they all had differnt names, but fron what I have seen, the story also makes a hell of a lot more sence.
Anyway. I like your pic.

Thank you. I own both Voltron and Golion. While I am super nostalgic with the Voltron episode, I am totally in love with Golion. I love how in one of the first episodes, the guy how flies the blue lion (sven in Voltron) tells the princess to shut up.

thank you. well... he sorta still has the mullet but not really. he has his hair pulled back in a pony tail. so it looks cut but it really isn't. i have another picture with allura and him in a garden and you can see what i mean. his hair is all blowy and stuff...
oh, have you heard about the plans for a voltron movie!?!?! their are to producers out looking for some help with the movie. i read it in wizard magazine! woo hoo! sorry... i am excited... i wonder if keith will have the mullet... and i hope they don't make him played by orlando bloom... ok, i'll stop ranting now

where did you get the series?! i loved that show when i was younger, and then they made that 3d thing, they all looked horrible and freaky :shudder: you must tell me how to get it, please?

where i got it? off of ebay. but i recommend not doing that. the series i got has episodes that can't be selected and the quality is good in some shows and horrible in others. but voltron is on dvd. just look on amazon or any other site that might carry dvds... but not ebay. it may be cheap but so is the product.
i agree, the 3d episodes were scary. but the set i have has the episodes seen on cartoon network and then a few extra shows that they made later. it has a 3d openning (which sucks cuz it looks like allura has a "buldge" where it doesn't belong) but the series introduces merla and ends the series. it even has keith and allura kinda hooking up... but no kiss! dammit! i want my romantic stuff!
anyhoo... defininately DO NOT buy it off of ebay.

this is how. the episode starts out with a big parade and there's statues on display of the dead king, allura, and keith. keith is sitting up on a column so he could get a good view and allura is being hoisted up with him by corran (poor old guy...). well, keith pulls her up and she falls against him... then she hugs him. keith blushes and says that she needs to stop because corran is watching! corran then insists that allura climb down. the rest of the episode is very much like all the other but the only lions left to fight the robeast in the end is blue and black lion. they battle and win (of course). the episodes ends kinda creey with allura in her father's crypt and she is talking to his ghost. he congratulates her on the victory and on how proud he is of her. the king notices that keith is peeking in and comments that the both of them work well together. so keith comes up to allura and they face eachother (holding hands) and allura says to them that the king has given them his blessing!!!!!! and then nothing else happens in the series to hint at the 2 of them having feelings. i did hear that there is a part in one of the vehicle voltron episodes where the 2 voltrons meet up. at one scene, keith kisses allura in front of a sunset! i would like to know where THAT is... just so i can feel complete...

it's an old show that came out in the 80's. the show was put back on the air for a short time while i was in middle school... but that was YEARS ago.
