Oh, groovy! These two would be fun to watch together. And since it says "Advanced Critique Encouraged" on the box I'm gonna give some: I think the composition would be stronger if you had cropped the picture at about Death's waist, the light areas below disturb the balance imo. I love the boldness of the black ink you've got going on on the upper half of the image.

They did appear together in Lobo's Back, funnily enough... the one series where Lobo actually DIED. Several times, actually... and Death had a one-panel cameo where she was all "HANDS OFF!" and slapped the Main Man...

You need to learn, the joy of Lobo...He's in DC comics. As for Death she has her own comic, but to see just how awesome she is you need to read the Sandman comics, which are ok.
