The Sniper is Citadel ((Citadelbloodbeard on Tumblr)) and the Soldier is Swoz ((Swoz on tumblr)) They do not have DA's at the moment that they use though.

Yea the RED Sniper Citadel says he isn't to sure if he'll be able to make it next year since he had to spend a lot to get to Atlanta. Me and Carol are hoping he can.
