Seriously, Your posing is awesome, I've been posing for a bit, but mine's not as good as yours, Mine looks a little stiff and robotic, but yours is fluent and natural

Keep practicing. I used to do basic posing but I found it best to experiment with different s tools and use various perspectives to your advantage.

Particle makers or search 'special effects'. Playing around with the lamp tools and overlays cand create some dramatic lighting. Cinema helper is good if you would like to try animations.
