The colours are just gorgeous here. All the soft tones, combined with the playful nature make everything seem so warm and nestled. Your style makes Al and Hei so classical somehow; it's every inch like being whisked away into a dream. Even the little details that give us hints of setting, Alphonse's pillow, and the trick of eyes that almost makes one glean over the stolen kiss in the left corner. And yet this is very tasteful. Thank you for sharing with everyone.

I'm particularly glad you enjoyed it and that the affectionate nature of the piece came off more wholesome than not. ( As was the intention, with the pair somewhat playful in the stead of 'intimate' )
It's a relief that the image came out so successfully in your mind, considering it was photographed and done with difficultly captured mediums like cardboard and paint. As a fellow artist, you can imagine the struggle with lighting.
