A magical picnic takes place in the night on the crystal sands of a fairy world.

Ren invites Kareena to celebrate the New-Year the fae way.

She is whisked into his realm where she dresses in beautiful fairy fashion of gossamer and silk made from crystal. Her hair is adorned with feathers and beads. Her skin and clothes are infused with a strange but magical adornment-- only fae would be able to give. Her skin,and clothes sprout natural flora and gems as she becomes a living garden. For the fae have very peculiar and amazing forms of self expression.

As the fireworks rocket from Ren's hand through enchantment, they dazzle her because they're filled with living emotions, music and color. She grins feeling an enticing warmth and child-like joy; only the presence of faerie could give; laughing as she knows those very fireworks, could become part of her hair or dress through magic

All around the couple are odd and whimsical plates, stands and cutlery. Each helping to serve fantastic faery foods which would cause humans to be lost in faerie forever due to the otherworldly delight.

The realm of Faerie can have different days,months,years , or perhaps no time at all , to celebrate special occasions and holidays. The dark haired fae gentleman chooses to celebrate with the human world, all for the human he is so fond of.

She learns of the Faerie way to bring in the New Year and is curious to partake.

Kareena learns that instead of the human day of celebration, some parts of Faerie instead have a season dedicated to ushering out the old habits and pain and ushering in the new. Full of celebrations of daily life and growth. The beginning of a year is dedicated to healing deeply, and powering up positively to jump ahead.
Faeries use fun to flourish.

They remind themselves of the truth and what is really important to remain carefree and energized.
Every day they fill themselves with laughter as a habit and party to the Moon's Song. Everyday in this 'Season of the Chrysalis' they shed more of their old shells and embrace the new--even in special dress, food and fun.

The fae wear bits of clothing made from fine crystal to represent the cocoon, and the beauty of being in the process. Games are played. Music and Dance abound. Food purifies and pleasures; all the many ways to power up the New Year creating true change!

What a gift to enter faerie and partake, or as a Faekin(having faery blood or essence--usually a gift bestowed from a faery being to a human) to have parts of the fae in her veins which now allows her to visit, and particularly it is a gift to have met this Elven man which gave her the key to these adventures and who has the key to her heart.

The greatest gift however, is just knowing each moment is new.
We can always create.
