I've been having such a beating this year, and lately my emotions got out of control and my mood took a nose dive.
I couldn't even work on art and was prepared to give up. I didn't post anything like this because it felt hypocritical and fake.
Now I'm having a boost, even if small, I need to share.
I'm learning to live with my shadows and figure them out.
What I am learning is that even if you change, your circumstances, people, dreams-- your self- love and belief must not.
You will simply carry this despair into every new area of life if you don't practice this.
