This is penny's new base model after the update, she's been giving an in-game indicator for her belly capacity. Here's her full stage. In this stage penny's movement is restricted giving her access to only walking, running at a slow pace and crouching. When she's in this stage her belly makes lots of noise making it harder to sneak around. Also penny can not fit though doors in this stage, she would have to break them down to get through. Her belly is very delicate in this stage and only takes a couple of damage to make her explode and when she explodes in this stage she damages structures with the blast...
