first of all - she's still cute. second - she fixed her crown so it's crooked, not falling of her head which is also good. brush strokes being visible are giving this piece way more character, at least in my opinion, and even tho it's still a little flat, it's in a way that matches the art style giving it a more simplistic look, while the old version looks just flat.
9/10, good redraw, You took the hand out of the drawing tho

About the hand, this drawing had a lower body (where the hand was) but I decided that it wouldn't benefit the full picture, so I cut it.

oh of course, i wouldn't try to fit a hand it this composition either, but i could never resist a "hiding hands" joke, especialy when i'm working on a piece where i have to change environment to hide feet
