Perpetual Tranquility B&W Series #1 of 3When I was up on Dillingham Beach I spotted this cross on a small mound right next to the beach... actually... right on the beach. I dont know if this is a grave or if it was a marker where someone died surfing or something... but wind blowing through the old Lei twine on the cross was too good to pass up.. it was begging me to photograph it, so I gave in. it looks so beautiful there. i really like how there's that little bit of string or twine around the cross. i guess you were lucky. it just adds so much, i don't know what though. it's just an unsaid beauty. i'm trying to decide whether i like the b&w better than your color ones. they give off different emotions, so it's difficult to choose... hrm... anyways, great work
