Dex Entry - Nighfoul are seen as constant and dangerous pests. They are easily agitated and have been known to attack trainers with their dive-bombing attacks. Though it is true they can become aggressive it's almost always due to human encroachment into their territory.

During one time of the year, some cities experience massive flocks of Kleptwing and Nighfoul who stalk the skies stealing anything that isn't nailed down.

Creator's Notes
Name Etymology - Its name is a combination of Night, Knife, Fowl, and Foul.

Design Inspiration - So my idea for this one is a combination of an Australian magpie. a bird species known for both stealing shiny things and dive-bombing innocent commuters during certain times of the year and a bird called the hooded pitohui. a bird that has a slight neurotoxin in its skin and feathers. It's also based on the concept of a D&D rogue or thief.

my thought was that it would fling its feathers like throwing knives at its opponent.

Fun Fact - This line wasn't the original route 1 bird but I'm still trying to adjust the og trio’s theme and these were a much simpler concept and easier to understand.
