Hidden Ability - Pastel Veil
Dex Entry - Tagghast loves to coat walls in layers of paint. As such they are often seen as a nuisance however artists love their erratic use of color and some of the best abstract artists are said to have had this pokemon as a muse.
It appears to change the color of paint in its body at will but most times the colors can signify the current mood of this pokemon.

Creator's Notes
Name Etymology - Its name is a combination of Tag a slang term for graffiti and ghast which is a ghostly creature in mythology
Design Inspiration - Did you know Melbourne is one of the top cities for graffiti? Neither did I but it worked out well for this paint ghost pokemon.
Fun Fact - I'm pretty happy with this one as its original design looked like a variant of polteageist which wasn't intended.
