looks great, and your other works are beautiful, the only real critique that i have is the fact that if you didn't put RWBY in the title, i would never know who this was. i would recommend putting an item in that makes you take one look and go "Oh, this is definitely based off RWBY." I would go with Pyrrha's circlet, her weapon, or her emblem somewhere that, while not the center of attention, would draw the viewers eye to it. otherwise, this could be in just about any other fantasy world and by the title, you want people to know that this is based on RWBY.

I find it amazing that you can grasp such emotion in your drawings. Jaune in the background looks completely loyal but with no other emotion than pain. Pyrrha looks as if she can't face Jaune for some reason, like she has no right, but still holds the face of a strong warrior that still has a mission to finish. This is the artwork that I want to work up to, this image shows so much detail while hiding so much story that you really want to know. If it can be done, I would love to see more of this work so it can express the story and how this scene came to be.

I can imagine a monologue or something epic like this:
"You thought you were above consequence, didn't you, Cinder?. You thought that everything you did would lead to some sort of,..what, Reward? Dominance? that by embracing destiny you would be above it's risk?....You fool. Whatever you were before, you exsist nowΒ and always will exist as a slave to Salems Will. As for me?...well, truth be told, I have no idea why I'm still alive. But never Again will I throw my self to the whim's or hopes of others. I will do solely what I WILL, with whatever power is within reach, with whoever follows me willingly or not. So one queen to another, Cinder, tell Salem this:... Although my interpretation of this is that Pyrrha has reached the breaking point in her sense of responsibility,
which triggered this transformation into someone who doesn't give a damn about the opinions of others.

I would have change the focus on the core 8 characters and delayed the introduction ofΒ
the side characters for Volume three. Alongside removing the highschool stuff in favourΒ
of REAL training in team coordination and utilization of their abilities.Β
Besides that everything Volume three and onward is good to go.Β

I was referring to her voice that was monotone to the point where I couldn't take anything she said seriously, which was a REAL detriment to some of the more bleak moments.Β
