After a great success from the very first movie, Walt and his crew has made more classic movies and other cartoon shorts including Pinocchio, Fantasia, Dumbo, and Bambi. When WWII has started, Walt churned out military training films, educational shorts (provided to the U.S. government at cost), and military insignia for over 1,000 different units in the U.S. armed forces until the war ends in 1945. Not all people love the movie when one of the cartoon movie had a pretty rough history when The Song of the South came out, making a lot of criticize that involves some racism. Whether they like it or not, everybody needs a happy place after winning an award for the best music there is.
