Description
After weeks of working on it and thinking, I finally came up with who gets to be the members of Team Rainbow Rocket in my own use of the Team Rainbow Rocket meme, only that I had to expand the "Other Members" massively!

This chart represents the members of Team Rainbow Rocket not only in my headcanon, but also in my Pokémon fanfic series, "Pokémon GX"!

Mastermind of Team Rainbow Rocket: Giovanni - The head of Team Rocket and the mastermind of Team Rainbow Rocket. After learning about Ultra Beasts and wormholes, Giovanni plans to create an army of them to conquer all worlds. For that purpose, he finds resources similar to that of the Aether Foundation's and approached a lookalike of Lusamine known as Zella Tietsort who has an interest in serving him as a member of a new team in the organization. It was then that she told him about Faba's actions in the past, causing him to want to recruit him.

Team Rocket Boss/Puppet Leader of Team Rainbow Rocket: Delora Melrose - The current new CEO of Future Tech Industries and Giovanni's bride-to-be. After her urban project involving tearing down Dark City for a futuristic mall was foiled by Ash and the gang, she met Giovanni who learned that the two have a lot in common. They fell in love and Giovanni made her a co-leader of Team Rocket. In fact, whereas he is the mastermind of Team Rainbow Rocket, he made Delora the new Rocket Boss of Team Rocket. She is what's keeping everyone together, to make sure no team backstabs one another.

Team Magma Leader: Maxie - Plans to use the Legendary Pokémon Groudon to expand the landmass to give humanity more space on which to build and develop civilization. This Maxie is from an alternate universe where he succeeded in enacting his plans to expand the planet's landmass, only to be dropped into a great fissure that opened up beneath him. When he came to, he discovered that he was in the Pokémon world Ash and his friends live in. Though he does intend to go back to his world, he declares his intent to use Groudon to turn Ash's world into his ideal state as well.

Team Aqua Leader: Archie - Plans to use the Legendary Pokémon Kyogre to to expand the amount of water in the world. This Archie is from an alternate universe where he successfully completed his plans to expand the oceans, only to be swallowed by a massive tidal wave during his moment of victory, subsequently finding himself in the Pokémon world Ash and his friends live in. Though he intends to return to his world, he decides to use Kyogre to turn Ash's world into his ideal state as well. He has a grudge against Yasmin, who to his shock is revealed to be the very same Sapphire he thought to have killed and drowned only that she was now reborn thanks to Yakumo and Manados, and starting life anew as May's identical wild twin sister, Yasmin.

Team Galactic Boss: Cyrus - Plans to use the Legendary Pokémon Dialga and Palkia to create a new world without spirit. One time, after being thwarted by Ash and his friends, Cyrus becomes trapped in a dimension created by Dialga and Palkia. Eventually, he found a way back into the world thanks to an invention that Faba created with help from Cyrus' old and new minions and several other evil groups' scientists. Delora convinced him to join Team Rainbow Rocket, telling him that his desire for a new world without spirit would come true if he joined Team Rainbow Rocket.

Team Plasma Leader: Ghetsis - Plans to use the Legendary Pokémon Kyurem to freeze all of Unova. Ghetsis was once incarcerated after a previous plan, regarding Reshiram and Zekrom, as well as his old ideals, failed. He was later bailed out in secret by Giovanni and Delora. Convinced

Team Flare Boss: Lysandre - Plans to use the Legendary Pokémon Zygarde to create a "beautiful and better" world while eliminating everyone who does not follow their standards. This Lysandre is from an alternate universe where his plans succeeded. However, a bright light consumed him when he fired the ultimate weapon and was transported to the Pokémon world Ash and his friends live in. Delora convinced him to join Team Rainbow Rocket, telling him that his desire for a beautiful, better world would come true if he joined Team Rainbow Rocket. Plus, she told him about what happened to the original Lysandre, causing him to swear vengeance on Ash and his friends. This Lysandre has a grudge against Calem, who to his shock is revealed to be from the same alternate universe he was in, surviving the ultimate weapon thanks to Yakumo and Manados, and starting life anew as a close friend of Serena, Shauna, Tierno, and Trevor (while being adopted by two prominent battlers).

Mole for Team Rainbow Rocket/Aether Foundation Branch Chief/Team Entropy Leader: Faba - Creator of the Pokémon Type: Null (who would later be named Silvally upon evolving) and the Beast Balls, Faba joined Team Rainbow Rocket, planning to use their invading attack on Master Mansion as a stepping stone to further his own career in the Aether Foundation. Giovanni first discovered him with the help of a Lusamine lookalike that the mastermind himself came across. After Team Rainbow Rocket's plan at Master Mansion was foiled, Faba was permanently fired by Lusamine and replaced by former Team Plasma scientist Colress as the new Aether Foundation Branch Chief. Swearing vengeance, and after some convincing by the evil Lusamine lookalike, Faba recruited a bunch of the bad rivals, bullies, and bad Trainers- all that lost the Master Mansion Pokémon League Tournament and Grand Festival- to be members of a new evil organization he's founding known as Team Entropy. Later on, Faba also recruited members of the disbanded Team Snagem and Cipher to expand the roster.
