Description
Thought I'd draw a pic of the Nephews and Gosalyn Mallard to show what I think she'd look like a age 13. She's all ready to pick a fight with her trusty bow, but as herself, not her alias, the Quiverwing Quack. Of course, the boys are looking at her all flirty and holding their weapons given to them by Mickey.I'm not proud of the feet since they didn't turn up right in the scanner and Louie's arm got cut off for some reason, but I will fix everything when I color it out. I promise

By the way good move giving her pants, most females in Disney had them with few guys did, but put this lot together and it doesn't fit.

Humm... They all have long arms and short legs, the body shapes are odd and the leg positions are weird. Try thinking about them as masses with weight and gravity acting on their bodies, then think about how they'd need to stand to support weight.

I agree with some of the comments up there, Gosalyn could use a slightly more feminine shape. She can still have the whole shirt and shorts deal [I'm a tomboy too, been one forever], but as girls get older, tomboy or not, their bodies change. Maybe make her shirt a bit smaller and more fit, give her an armband of some sort, maybe even reduce her two ponytails into one and push it up a bit higher. The shorts can be more baggy than bermuda to balance out her femininity with her tomboy side.
I know the guys still love tomboys [my guy totally loves it ^O^], but for the most part they still like some curvage to that roughness, ifyouknowwhatImean. ;D

I might. I plan to have the gang say hello to Scrooge before they leave back for the ship and most likely Webby's still living there with her Granny. Of course, Webby is a lot younger than the boys so, I'd say I'd make her ten or so.

Great job on their faces, although I think Louie's expression is a little too similar to Huey's. You might even want to move him so that it doesn't look like he's staring flirtingly at Huey!
Below the waist is where it gets kind of rough. Louie's shirt looks strange, and the boys' feet all seem too small. (Just as a sidenote, how come only females seem to wear shoes in Duckburg?)
Can't wait to see how this looks when you've touched it up. Right now I'd say Huey looks the best, followed by Dew. Great sketch overall.

I find this a little weird. So, the phase was starting out with no pants or underwear as a kid, but the minute you're a preteen, you put on a pair?

Agreed with About Gosalyn or wtv her name is, she still looks like a kid and I am sure she would wear something a little different. When I was 13 I didn't wear the same thing I did as a kid, I expanded my wardrobe. Many girls do when they reach adolescence. Besides Hewey, Duey and Louie aren't wearing the same things they had worn when they were younger. They grew into a different style. Obviously I haven't watch Dark Wing Duck in ages but I would think Gosalyn like any other girl would change around her wardrobe. Also having her be slim like Artificus had suggested would give the boys more reason to flirt with her.

I might slim her down, but I can still imagine her as a tomboy, still causing mischief and playing things like hockey. Maybe I'll just feminize her clothes.

Slimming her down and in a sense giving her a bit of a feminine shape will do her justice and make her look more like a girl. Nothing wrong with her being a tomboy but I do find as, I am sure many do, her clothes a tad unflattering mostly because the shirt seems just real long. It doesn't have to be like overly girly, can be just a regular fitting t shirt with jeans. Would help her look more mature and less kiddish

I am a major tomboy ever since I can remember. I've been wearing the same style since Grade 1 of a shirt and jeans and the occasional polo shirt. I only wear dresses on special special occasions and/or if it were a costume.

I think you somewhat missed what I had meant, I don't think there is anything wrong with her being a tomboy at all. I was merely suggesting that she should/could wear more fitting clothes as opposed to wearing that shirt that looks almost like a night gown (Length wise). You could give her a bit of a sporty look. When I was in high school I had many tomboy friends, I never did see many of them wearing such baggy shirts. All I am saying is you don't necessarily have to model her after what you had worn when you were her age. I am not trying to sound like a nag I am simply suggesting, so it helps with the picture.

i think gosalin's eyes are too small.
the small eyes don't really look attractive. in the show she has much bigger eyes. sure, she's supposed to be older here, but that doesn't mean that her eyes have to be smaller. also, the boys' eyes are bigger then hers too.
besides that i think her body could be more slim, or even a little curvy (not too much of course). but just think of Daisy in quack pack. perhaps you should five gosalin a little more female body features. then it would make more sense that the boys look so flirty at her.
