It's based on Mark Twain's "The Prince and the Pauper." In the story, Twilight is stressed with her new role as a princess and then meets this unicorn named Dawn Cracker who looks a lot like her. Naturally, they decide to switch lives and that can only lead to trouble.
Note that this is my first time drawing Twilight's mane and tail. I realized too late the outline I used for Twilight's mane was too thick.
Twilight Sparkle and "My Little Pony" belong to Hasbro and Lauren Faust. Dawn Cracker is my character.
