Since Striker has kids, himself, in the AU, she goes on "mama bear" or "big sister" mode whenever he lashes out at them and hurts them and stands up to him. She and Striker are ex-friends. Samantha and Striker are like Polite Villain and Rude Hero.

Professor Ratigan (The Great Mouse Detective) - Samantha would kidnap Striker sometimes and tie him up. She rubs her victory in Striker's face. She hears how he is mean to kids and takes advantage of it.

Verosika Mayday (Helluva Boss) - She is betrayed by Striker, who leaves her when she needs him most. She says things to him that he deserves to hear on how he betrayed her.
