I decided to morph this creepypasta into a moment of heartwarming - the events happen, but as a glitch fever-induced nightmare. So, afte Ethan wakes up screaming, his Quilava is discovered to have been there the whole time. Kind of similar to real stories of dogs curling up next to children when they have nightmares. So, Quill does that for you.

BTW, I see the original designs as just a younger version of the remake ones - and betas are what they look like as little kids.Β
