James, at age two, starts off the prank war between himself and Avalor, his orphaned baby cousin from the neighboring kingdom to the north, who has been taken into the family. Though the war has a ten-year hiatus when James is seven, it resumes after Sofia sacrifices the amulet by destroying it-shattering all of the spells laid upon it in the process. And so, Baileywick, Cedric, and the rest of the royal family then have to deal with two teenage boys creating castle chaos.
