Description
Continuing from the previous episode, in which the trio kidnap the frozen Princess Light and Flare Spark. It then cuts to the Selfish base. Beastly (unsuccessfully) attempts to release Princess Light from the crystal using a hammer. Shreeky tries to use dynamite in order to release the princess, but Beastly stops her. The two drop the dynamite onto the ground, causing an explosion while No Heart gives Flare Spark a drink. He tells her that they're going to bring the princess to her father, but Flare Spark is still thinking about Rainbow Sparkle.

At Solitaire, Chris plans to head to Colortopia, knowing that the Selfish Trio is going to take Princess Light to King Dark Heart. However, there is no way for him and the girls to go to Colortopia.

Suddenly, the Color Crystals start to shine, and create a pentagonal portal. Rainbow Sparkle guesses that the portal will take them to Equestria, since the crystals have been guiding them all this time.

At Colortopia, King Dark Heart plans on turning all the humans from Earth into Dark Hearts. Flare Spark tries to convince him not to, and in turn, her father zaps her.

Chris and the team arrive, and Shreeky and Beastly send multiple Dark Hearts to attack. They take on the Dark Hearts, telling Rainbow to go save the princess.

While heading towards Princess Light, Rainbow sees Flare Spark, hurt and unconscious. She manages to wake her up, but a spider Dark Heart attacks them. It makes them fall into a pit of magma, but Rainbow manages to grab onto the spider's string, with Flare Spark holding onto her.

While climbing up the string, then Flare Spark notices the rope about to break, and alerts Rainbow not to climb for a few minutes. No Heart explains that the string can only hold the weight of one person. They have a heart-to-heart talk, and Flare Spark says that she loves Rainbow Sparkle. She attempts to sacrifice herself so that Rainbow can climb up.

However, Rainbow catches her with her legs. Because of Rainbow Sparkle's love, Flare Spark feels a strange warmth in her heart, and manages to recover her powers. She flies herself and Rainbow out of the pit. No Heart orders the Dark heart to attack Flare Spark, but she throws the Dark Heart into the distance.

Multiple Dark Hearts arrive, but the team manage to defeat them with Rainbow Light Arrow.

Chris takes the frozen Princess Light, and tells the team to hurry back to the portal. Flare Spark goes with the team, but her father gets mad at her for making friends with a Einstein Force. King Dark Heart calls down lightning to electrocute Flare Spark, but Creative Gal pushes her out of the away.

Rainbow holds her hand out to Flare Spark, with Miracle and Water reassuring her that she can come with them. She takes Heart's hands, and the girls and Chris head through the portal. The episode ends with the sidekicks celebrating, and Flare Spark holding Rainbow's hand.
