Description
At the soda bar, a girl named Kitty asks him where to find Leo, he is in a dark booth with Annie and Binoo. She tells them that she is having her 10th birthday party at Peter Piper Pizza and tells them she needs someone to deliver soda. Leo points out that soda is illegal for anyone under 13 and the Soda Control Board will arrest them if they have that much soda with them. She say that a friend was able to get 11 gallons for her and says she heard he can outrun the SCB, Leo says it’s true and accepts the job. Kitty gives him the keys to the truck and thanks him. Leo watches her leave and Annie and Binoo tease him and laughed themselves silly.

Unfortunately for the trio, the person sitting behind them was actually an informative of Fizzy named Sprite who reports to him through one of the soda machines. Fizzy is determined to take down Leo and get the soda. Meanwhile Annie is begging him to let her and Binoo come on the mission but he refuses. After seeing the truck is a MLP truck, he gets to work. While fixing it up, Sprite and several soda control board operatives arrive to arrest the trio. Binoo distracts them while Leo demands Annie come with him, she agrees and drives towards Binoo.

As they drive away, Leo comes out of the engine and takes over the steering. He then puts a carbonation measurement to make sure the soda doesn’t explode. Seconds later the Soda Control Board catches up to them, Leo hits the turbo button but nothing happens. He has Annie drive while he works on the turbo boost. Fizzy manages to grab the truck but Binoo breaks in and takes out the soldiers with his odor. Fizzy however grabs him and tells him he is immune to the smell due to the amount of soda bubbles of up his nose. They kidnapped hm and Leo and Annie tried to rescue him. But after they rescue him, they finally bring the sodas to Kitty's birthday party.
