Description
Rocket has a dream where he has to save someone from being tied up on railroad tracks. until he encounters a man named Snidely Whiplash. They play rock-paper-scissors and Rocket wins, but Whiplash cheats and they have an argument. Rocket wakes up and realizes that it was just a nightmare. His dreams disturb Sox's sleep all night. When he goes to his bathroom to brush his teeth, he cannot open his toothpaste, so he uses a wrench to open it. However, he accidentally gets the wrench to his light and gets a blackout light from the accident. When he tells how he got it to Sox, it causes him to snicker and leave him, so he vows not to tell anyone to avoid being laughed at and humiliated.

Whenever people notice Rocket's blackout light, he lies and tells them that he was fighting Snidely Whiplash, and he got the blackout light from doing that. Later, at Disneyland, Rocket is suspicious when one of the guests describes Snidely Whiplash fluently; soon after, Snidely Whiplash arrives at Disneyland, revealing he was real all along, and says he is looking for Rocket, the customers telling Whiplash the story Rocket said. Rocket is very afraid and wants to tell him the truth, so he goes back home and gets the wrench and the toothpaste.

Rocket demonstrates to Snidely Whiplash what really happened to him. He gets a second blackout light in the process. Snidely Whiplash tells him that he came to Disneyland because he heard that this park has good service, and he is hungry for a Disney meal.

Rocket then serves him the meal, but because he has two blackout lights, he cannot see very well. The food then start flying toward Snidely Whiplash. He loses his temper and challenges him to a game of rock-paper-scissors. Rocket wins the first time, but doesn't realize that Snidely Whiplash had cheated for real like he saw in his dream.
