Description
Rocket and Big Jet are playing video games when Ember Lumen walks in and tells them to look at some rules. Upon reading it, they find new rules they must follow. When they see that one of the rules is a no video game rule, it pushes the two to the point where they try to talk her out of it, but are unsuccessful. So they decide to leave Space Mountain and find some place where there are no rules.

After trying overnight camping outside Space Mountain, but was foiled by Ember's rule, the duo try their luck at the Donut Joe's donut shop, However, when Twilight Sparkle answers their knocks, she tells them they can't camp there on account of her boss' rules. The two then try their luck at other places, to no success.

In an alley, they meet Lampwick, who knows the kind of place they are searching for, so they follow him to a place with no rules. It's a couch in the middle of the desert with a video game. They meet an older version of Rocket while they're there, who touches his antenna, and says he's going to miss it. He also hints to the younger Rocket that he's going to "miss" Big Jet, and when he asks what that means, the older Rocket dismisses it. They think the place is cool until they confront the unicorns that they got rid of and tells Lampwick to get rid of them. Naturally, this angers him because he thinks they told him what to do. So everyone starts to attack them and Rocket finds out that it's not against the rules to have rules. He summons Ember Lumen's rule book to get rid of the problem and convince Lampwick to tell them the way out. When they go back to Space Mountain, they go back to her so she can accept them back into Space Mountain. She believes that they have learned their lesson, but she notices that one rule is ripped out and Rocket asks which one it was. Meanwhile, Lampwick is playing the game when a piece of paper lands on his lap. On the piece of paper is the missing rule that involves no video games, and when he reads it, he turns into a donkey and runs off, leaving the no rules land abandoned. Back at Space Mountain, Ember realize that they ripped off the no video game rule and finally decided to confess to them about the reason she added those rules is because the inspector of Disneyland was coming today, and she wants Rocket and Big Jet out of Space Mountain so that way the inspector will inspect it clean, causing them to realize in confusion. Ember announces that Disneyland is all clear and clean and decided to scratch off those rules for Rocket and Big Jet so that way they can get back what they love while they have their days off.
