Description
Big Jet is having a bubble bath as morning breaks, and Pikachu is helping him with his bath. In fact, the two are too busy doing so to notice the monster delivery system in the throne room turning itself on and activating on its own. Later, Pikachu is fanning Big Jet when something sneaks inside the bathroom undetected much to his surprise. He then notices Pikachu being attacked by two small monsters and panics. One more small monster lands on his shoulder to his horror and soon it's becoming apparent that the bathroom is, to their terror, being invaded by Mini-Monsters!

Meanwhile, Leo is fixing his hair in his room when, to his confusion, something opens the door. And what does it turn out to be but more Mini-Monsters to his horror. As the Mini-Monsters begin to invade his room, he screams a rather girly scream. Back to the rivals, they rush through the Mini-Monster infested hallways of the castle to the throne room and find that several Mini-Monsters are being downloaded. Knowing that he didn't order any monsters, he attempts to stop the download by repeatedly pressing the buttons on the throne, with no luck. Pikachu says that the monsters keep coming and asks him how many he ordered, and, naturally, Big Jet says "It wasn't me". The screen with Nightmare Moon comes on and he asks for help. She explains that it's an ad for Darkness' Monster Management service and he asks in confusion what the Monster Management service is. She says that the service's new director suggested that they do a life-sized demonstration and says that he believes they've met him before. She says, "Say hello, Mei" and light shines on the service's director as he turns and smiles saying, "That's Mei Lee!" indicating that the director is none other than Mei Lee herself. The rivals jaws drop and she does her usual 4 Town dance as she says, "Nice to see you again, Bluey."

Meanwhile, at Rocket's house, he wakes up to find Sox being attacked by several Mini-Monsters and sees the rest of California being attacked by multitudes of Mini-Monsters as well. Back at the castle, Mei Lee downloads herself there and cracks her whip, letting the Mini-Monsters know that it's time to get to work. In the castle hallways, Luna the Moon, Luna Princess and Luna Loud come to the siblings rescue just as they are being swarmed by the monsters. Rocket shows up just in time to help, only to be knocked around by them. After being helped up, he sucks up the monsters just like Leo tells him to. Just then, more Mini-Monsters arrive, and Luna decides they should cut them off at the source. They arrive at the throne room where they, to their surprise, find Mei Lee. Big Jet and Pikachu explain that she's been made into the new Monster Manager for Darkness, much to the shock of everybody. The group and Mei Lee reminisce the first time she came to California, where she initially thought Rocket killed Ming Lee but learned that it was Luna the Moon who did it, and that's because Ming Lee was turned into a monster. With her death by Luna's hands, she gave her her medallion with Mei Lee's picture in it as a sign of her love. She had promised back then to fight on the side of the good guys, and Leo says to her that she can't work for the same company who made Ming Lee a monster, but she says that all she cares about now is getting a paycheck. She whips the monsters into getting to work and leaves the throne room, with the Lunas giving chase. Before they could catch up to her, she pushes the doors against them and knocks them back. The heroes head to Disneyland where the monsters are invading, while Big Jet realizes that the service is another plan to get rid of Rocket. From the top of one of the castle towers, Sox comments that it's monster mayhem.

The Mini-Monsters wreak havoc in Disneyland, smashing things within Babyshowfan's restaurant, Ralph's convenient store, and Daring Do's antique shop. Rocket helps out by sucking up the monsters as told to him by the siblings, and they point out the locations of several of the monsters scattered across the village for him to inhale. Meanwhile, Luna the Moon, as she is slaying several more Mini-Monsters with the Moon Wand, tells Mei Lee that she is putting all of earth in danger, but she replies that she's just trying to keep her bosses happy. She escapes and comes back to the castle where she makes her request to Nightmare Moon to download their strongest monster, Smasher, to the castle. He is downloaded, as Big Jet looks on in amazement with the words "Now that's a monster! This is amazing!". Mei Lee orders Smasher to go crush Rocket, as the gargantuan goon makes his way out of the castle, with the others following.

After Rocket inhales the last of the Mini-Monsters, he gets tired out as Leo says that he got most of them and Annie angrily complains about Mei Lee not keeping true to her promise. Just then, the Lunas show up warning them that something big is brewing at the castle. The two start to make their way to the castle just as Smasher's flail comes flying at them from above, and they move out of the way. As he crashes down and turns to face Rocket, Luna the Moon comments that Smasher is a real heavyweight and Leo agrees. Smasher starts to attack Rocket, knocking down several trees with his mace as he does so, just as the three bad guys show up to watch the fight. Leo tells Rocket to use his suck-up power, but he ends up getting pounded heavily by Smasher before he can do so. He screams out in disbelief as Rocket struggles to get up with Smasher approaching him again. He tries to tell him to get up as Luna charges at Smasher with the Moon Wand, but is smacked into the wall, causing the two Lunas to rush over to help her and the rivals to comment in surprise. Mei Lee replies that they haven't seen anything yet, and she keeps true to her word when Smasher starts hovering in the air with his jet shoes to the heroes' surprise. As the metal monster starts spinning in midair to strike at Rocket, Mei Lee jumps down and rushes in to join the fight. Leo, calling out to Mei Lee, starts shedding tears as he pleads for her not to kill Rocket. Smasher smacks Rocket again while Mei Lee starts attacking him. The siblings complain saying that one bad guy was enough and wondering how Rocket can win two against one.

After Smasher strikes Rocket again, Mei Lee grabs him and throws him and then uses her spin on him, causing him to fly into a wall. Annie cries out to Rocket in disbelief while Leo pleads for Mei Lee to stop. As Smasher settles onto the ground again, she approaches him and, seeing that he's unable to even stand anymore, decides to finish him off. She jumps in the air and uses her final move and quickly tells him to suck it up, which he does, transforming into Fighter Rocket to the joy of the siblings. Mei Lee tells Smasher to do her stuff as she starts spinning her flail's spiked ball and handle, but just then, she jumps up and knocks Smasher down to everyone else's surprise and amazement. Big Jet complains to her telling her that she was supposed to clobber Rocket, not mess with Smasher. She replies that she tricked them and says that she's a monster hunter now, explaining that she wasn't able to access Darkness' strongest monsters, so she disguised herself as a Monster Manager so she could get to Smasher. The siblings are amazed upon realizing that she was a double-agent all this time. Big Jet says "That's devious!" and laughs until Pikachu tells him that Mei Lee made him look like a knucklehead to his shock. He tells the two-timer as he calls her that nobody monkeys with me, but she replies by saying "Sorry, Bluey. Too late!" Furious, Big Jet orders Smasher to grind the two into dust, as the monster stands back up and prepares his attack on them. Mei Lee tells Rocket it's time to give it their all and he agrees. The metal menace attacks the two, but the two gain the upper hand with their own attacks. Smasher manages to smack Fighter Rocket with his flail handle, but Mei Lee dodges the monster's spiked ball and kicks his flail away to help him. The two then fight back and overpower Smasher with their fighting moves while the Lunas describe them as "like smoke and fire" and Luna the Moon compliments that the two have grown. After Smasher is severely weakened and starts to malfunction, Rocket and Mei Lee finish off the monster with their final move and the siblings cheer. Smasher explodes, with the wind from his explosion pushing Big Jet's Limousine, with them in it, back against the wall, flipped over. Rocket and Mei Lee then shake hands as the other heroes happily watch and rejoice.

At Darkness' Fortress, Nightmare Moon, having realized that she's been tricked, apologizes to Opaline saying that she must take full responsibility for having fallen for Mei Lee's trick. She tells her to forget it and let the heroes think they've beaten them as she believes that when they let their guard down, the villains will teach them a lethal lesson, as she laughs afterwards. Back at Disneyland, the siblings compliment Mei Lee saying that she was a double-agent all along and she thanks them. Luna the Moon says that Ming Lee would've been so proud, and she says to Rocket that if he needs an ally he can just give her a call and that she'll be waiting. She then flies off and leaves as his friends bid their goodbyes to her for now, with Rocket mimicking the 4 Town dance again.
