Description

Rocket is saying that it's the perfect day to fly a kite. But he needed scissors to untangle all the kite string. When he returns to the kite with scissors in his hand, he was surprised to see that all the kite string disappeared. He decides to play with his train set instead. But he needed to get his train conductor hat. When he returns with his train conductor hat on, he is surprised to see that his train set has disappeared too.

Rocket thinks that someone is taking all of his stuff. So he decides to get to the bottom of it. He leaves out a purple crayon and hides behind the kitchen drawers to see who takes it. Then, a robin comes in. He hopes that the robin doesn't scare the robber away. The robin checks to make sure no one is looking. Then, she picks up the crayon and flies away with it. Rocket realizes that the robin is the robber, and decides to prevent her from stealing more things.

Then, Rocket hears the doorbell ring, and goes to answer the door. But when he opens the door, no one is there. While he wasn't looking, the robin sneaks into his hangar unnoticed. When Rocket goes back inside, he sees the robin fly out of his house carrying a blanket. He chases after birdie bird, and then she suddenly vanishes. As Rocket searches for the robin, he hears a tweaking noise. He discovers that the robin is pulling on his washing line. Rocket tries to stop the robin, but it was too late. The robin pulls the washing line free, and all the clothes that were hanging on the fishing line fall on Rocket. He says that he's going to need some help stopping that bird.

Rocket goes to Monika's house and tells Monika that he doesn't want to do anything to hurt the robin, but he can't have birdie bird take all of his things. Fortunately, she knows the best way to stop the robin. She invents The Super Scarecrow. guaranteed to prevent the robin from stealing Rocket's things. As soon as Monika's brings The Super Scarecrow to Rocket's hangar, him and Monika hide behind a tree and wait for the robin to show up. The robin does show up, and lands on the scarecrow's hat. Monika activates the scarecrow, and it scares the robin, only for the bird to steal the scarecrow's hat.

They were surprised when they saw the robin do that, and think that The Super Scarecrow isn't scary enough. But while they were standing there, the robin lands on Monika's remote control and switches the scarecrow on. This time, it scares them so bad that they run away screaming. They bump into Rainbow Sparkle, who is exiting the library, carrying a stack of books. They tell her everything that is going on. She has a plan on how she can help. At Rainbow Sparkle's house, she explains to them that she speaks robin.

When the robin comes down from the tree to the bird feeder, Rainbow Sparkle asks the robin about Rocket's things. She says that the robin needed Rocket's kite string for a very good reason, as well as the scarecrow's straw hat, train tracks, and her headband. The robin quickly snatches her headband, and the trio chase the robin. She then leaves her headbow in at the top of a tree. She is sure that she things are up there too, but she doesn't know how to get them down.

Fortunately, Monika just happens to have the Instant Ladder. The ladder is a very small ladder, but when water is added, the ladder will grow 70 feet. After she puts a drop of water onto the Instant Ladder, the ladder grows 70 feet, just like she said. They climb up the ladder to get to the top of the tree. Rocket finds his kite string and train tracks, and Rainbow Sparkle sees her headbow. Monika says that they've been used to make a giant bird nest. When Rocket looks into the nest, he sees robin eggs. When the robin goes to her nest, Rocket apologizes to the robin for barging in on her, but points out that she did have a good reasons to take Rocket and Rainbow Sparkle's things. The robin then hushes him, because the eggs are hatching. Out of the eggs come five robin chicks.

Rocket and Rainbow Sparkle praise the robin, and after that, he thinks that it's time for them to go. Monika says that they will need to climb down the tree before the ladder shrinks, which it does. The trio was unsure how they were going to get down. Then, the robin and her chicks help the trio get home by flying them home. Rocket thinks that it's fun, and Monika agrees with him. But Rainbow Sparkle feels nauseous and disagrees. The robin and her chicks fly Rocket and his friends into the sunset.
