Because the ratings were poor and the show brought viewers that were adults, which Kids WB did not like (in fact, later on, the too many adult viewers would be the same reason why Animaniacs got cancelled). And Warner Bros. did think about bringing the show back for a third season due to the show getting a cult following when it was rerun on Cartoon Network, but later decided against it saying it would have been too expensive.

*sigh* Why did the good cartoons die young? As soon as the turn of the century came about, most if not all the cartoons along with their "A" material went south... You did an awesome job on this! ^_^
