This Monarch Super Anti-Hero may not be Gentleman,But he has Honorable intentions
unlike his DC Counterpart 90's Aquaman, while i agree he's awesome Badass Anti-Hero, however....he can also be a Cheater,when it comes to
battles against foes and rivals, which actually shows his Corruptive Arrogant side of his which is not surprise. And i like these both Extremist Anti-Heroes,cause they're both great characters......the only differences is that Namor while being a Villain himself,he has redeemable qualities,and is willing to not only protect the sea,but the world. Aquaman on the other hand...is looking like he's starting to become slowly as a villain....and i'm not saying this as an fashionable way....i'm saying this because he was rejected by his own Wife MERA!!! Because of the death of their son done by Black Manta....and that drove her into hysteria + trying to kill him and abandoning him because of Aquaman's inability to save their child.....Second Time she appeared,apparently she was possessed by Thanatos and she was raising a kid named A.J. in a different dimension ABANDONING Aquaman second time.....And third time she appeared, and you thought they were about to reconcile...putting differences aside...getting together until Mera decides to Annul their Marriage......and i was like WTF?!!! I know they get back together after melodramatic scrap.....but i don't buy Mera and Aquaman getting back together LIKE THAT!! If DC Comics would've show us Aquaman's descent into villainy because of Mera's rejection + Justice League of America's scornful attitude then this would be IT!.....It would tell a sad story... yes,but at the same time it makes sense....he has lost his faith into Mera and JLA, he swears revenge on them and he becomes supervillain after that. I know folks don't like my opinion.....but as they say: "You Either Die A hero or live long enough to see yourself become A villain". And plus....in a good Crossover Story Where Namor and Aquaman meets and battling against each other....and the result is that Namor Wins and why? Because in Soul Calibur way of fighting.....Namor fought fair and square, whereas Aquaman loses because of his two weaknesses: Being overconfident and vain.
