Skill-set: Highly intelligent when it comes to science, especially when it comes to bioengineering.
Personality: : A calculating scientist dedicated to his research. A cold man who can make some feel intimidated by his emotionless expressions. He behaves in a blank, nonchalant manner most of the time and trying to have a casual conversion with him would not be so simple. He is respected among his peers yet his daughter once claimed that talking to cardboard would be more interesting than talking to him. Only a few know that there is a more dark and sinister side to him.

Appearance: Short black hair neatly combed and brown eyes. Stands at 6’3 in height. Has a light stubble and wears glasses due to his vision being slightly poor.

Weaknesses: Lacks empathy and cares little for others, not even his own daughter.
Preferred Romantic Interest (If any. Can be other OC or canon): None.
Relationship to other OC’s (If OC’s are friends/enemies etc Feel free to speak to other people submitting OC’s!): (To be updated)
Background:
Edgar was an only child. Both of his parents worked for the Umbrella cooperation and were quite strict when it came to his education. He excelled through school and graduated from University when he was in his late teens. His brilliant mind with science caught Umbrella’s interest and offered him a position in the company. He was greatly fascinated by the T-Virus and all the potential that could be gained from it, and became one of the scientists to help further develop its progress. There he met his assistant and future wife-to-be, who seemed quite smitten with him from the start. He too appeared to be infatuated and over time, they were married and had a daughter, who she named Jennifer. Edgar was not interested in children however, she did not want to terminate the baby.
His wife tried her best to be a supporting wife and mother, and continued to help him with his research during the hours she could hire someone to care for their child. Yet once Edgar began to assist Umbrella with the T-Virus, she began to have second thoughts about the man she thought she loved. Putting her daughter first, she thought it would be better for the two of them to leave. But once she confronted him about her decision, he was not pleased. Convinced that it would be a threat with her knowing about the truth of Umbrella, he killed her before she could have a chance to resist. Now having a body laying before him, he saw it useful to add to his collection of ‘specimens’.
After the funeral, he hired a nanny to care for Jennifer until she was old enough to care for herself, often leaving her some money so she could buy herself something to eat. And yet as Jennifer grew, he was never there for the important times of her life. The only few times they interacted would be at times such as dinner, a quiet time when neither would talk the more Jennifer began to accept that he did not care about her.
One night while working with one of his specimens inside a secret room only he knew about, he caught his daughter spying on him. He went to stop her from running off but she fought back and got away. He searched for her but could not find her anywhere. Later the next day when he went back, he discovered his research notes were missing. Knowing obviously who took them, he alerted Umbrella about what has happened, all aware that it could damage his pride and position. He even paid Chief Irons of the Raccoon City Police Department, who often accepted bribes from Umbrella, who could help find her faster.

Are you okay with...
Character death? Yes
Character Infection? Yes
Mutilation (Wounding)? Yes
Background changes (We’d discuss anything we wanted to change rather than hello nasty surprise after it was written.) Yes, if there’s anything you are not comfortable about my character, let me know and I’ll change what needs to be changed.
Are you okay with other people using your character in art/fiction (can note us if uncomfortable) Yes. If they like to write anything involving my character(s), so long as they are not written in an OOC manner and I am alerted, then it’s no problem at all.
Anything else you’d specifically be adverse to. Not that I’m aware of but I guess it depends.

I finally got around making the bio of the father of my main RE OC Jennifer Fitzgerald for 's RE OC Jam. I had a bit of difficulty with this one but all and all, he's just your average evil scientist, only without the crazy laughter
The background is a WIP so Shak & Dave, you guys can add/change anything you want ^-^

Thank you! Yeah I know its a little similar (not intentional of course) but I could imagine the Birkin family couldnt have been the only ones facing that kind of situation considering how many Umbrella scientists live in RC, with their families and all...
Actually they were made with The Sims 2. I do have XNALara but I dont think the version I have can let me render my own models from the tutorials Ive looked up :S

Lol of course. Claire is one of my favourite characters too.
Its a disc that you can easily buy online or in game stores but you'll also have to buy expansion packs for more contents, animations and so on. It does take a LOT of space on your computer though. Especially with clothes, objects etc. that you can download online or clips you can record for movie making.

Its a lot of effort indeed but its worth it. There's so much creativity you can do and movie making is so much fun. Shak has created awesome models with XNA. Yeah, its possible, but when I followed the instructions to create some of my own, the certain things to click were not there O.o
