This is Nikolai Kamarov. He is the new OC coming to Time’s Downfall. Born in Kiev, Ukraine, this 28 year old man has served with his brother in the Ukrainian Ground Forces (UGF) for while before The Collapse. Forced to live on his own after a terrible event a year ago, Kamarov decided to leave his hometown and travel to the Last City near Old Russia, mainly due to the fact that he was not safe from the Fallen and he would not have enough resources to survive alone.
