I know I knw. Its not the creative usual. Ive had hardly anytime to do good well thought out photoshoot from the pressure of a new school year and a new school but I'm really sorry guys. I know I'm letting my watcher down.Hopefully I'll get more time after school starts . . . or not.

I love this image, the flower looks great. The calm, grey tones suits it well. Very creamy and delicate. It really makes me wanna know what a black/white version of this would look like.
I would personally though have given the right flower a bit more space, I feel it's too pushed up against the edge. It also has this strange, almost inner glow-photoshop effect around it, which looks a bit odd to me.

Thank you so much for the constructive comment! The only thing I did in photoshop was make it more black and white, so Im not sure why it looks like that. Yeah, I wish that I had got more of the second flower too

yeah, now that I think about it, it was the sunlight coming through the window. I quite like the effect it gives, lucky timing.

I love the macro zoom used on this shot. I'm a sucker for selective focus >.> Was this retouched with Photoshop at all, or just all in-camera-awesome? Very beautiful shot. The colors with the purposely out-of-focus background give it an oddly soothing feel.
