Twilight: I will Dash, from what I read about Alicorns, they have Unicorn, Pegasus and Earth Pony magic inside them, and since I am Alicorn, I have endurance of an Earth Pony.
RainbowDash: In pass 3 hours you crashed 33 times, even as Earth Pony you should give up long time ago.
Twilight: I endured Pinkie keen episode as Unicorn and now I am Alicorn.

Well, Twilight may not be athlete, but she is a very hard working student who never give up, and I expect her to have more magic and endurance in season 4, so yea.
Also, keep in mind that Twilight managed to lift 40 tons Ursa Minor with her magic and 2 tons TOM with her strength alone, so I can only imagine how hard she study under Celstia before she moved to Ponyvile ( and she survived Pinkie Keen episode, so as Alicorn she should be practically invisible ).

If anything, Twilight is fast learner and study harder then Applejack work on her farm, as bad as Twilight is at sports, with her determination she will learn how to become good flier or die trying, and Alicorns are not easy to kill in my head-canon. ( hard work and determination for the win ).

Oh, do not be like that, I for example, I would like to see RainbowDash turning Twilight from a walking tank into heavy bomber, imagine Twilight casting even more powerful spells as Alicorn while being air borne.
