Hey, you're getting pretty good!
I'd only say her eyes are maybe a tad bit too big and I'd had a bit more hair on top of her head (the top looks kinda flat).
The foreshortening on her left arm looks good, but overall the left arm looks a bit thinner than the right one.
Also, her hands looks cute but I'd say they're a bit small, also if you want to mark the palm bones be careful, they're not parallel (they meet at the wrist n_n)
Well hope this will be a bit useful, it's mostly nitpicking though

Wow, thanks for taking the time to notice. As soon as I finished, I realized that the eyes were way too big, but I was like "bah. . . NEXT!"
I think the main trouble I have is that once I get lines down I don't want to erase and redraw them, even if I can tell they don't look right.

I can only encourage you to try and correct your drawings even when you think they're "finished", I was still like that not so long ago but managed to loosen up a bit since then 
One thing I do is double check/inverse/go-to-sleep-and-look-again my sketch before lining/inking, it's much more easier to spot your mistakes with a fresh look
