here's the tumblr version if you want to rb!

less than three is honestly more of a clixie song, but i gave it to zukin bc i listened to it WAY too much when i was a kid & first getting into ddr.... and ddr's graphics are pretty popular in old web/scene culture, at least from what i've seen on tumblr. lol

speaking of zukin... THIS is zukin! i made her last may when pocari roo uploaded a video talking about sparkledogs! (funny enough if you look in the background on said video, on the far right, i drew some fanart that was featured in that very video! qwq) i did the "make your own sparkledog" thing she shared on twitter, and redesigned it for a beta version of this character. i haven't uploaded it, mainly because i felt the colors were a bit too funny & i was hoping i'd come back around and make some tweaks... and the other day i did just that! although i may come back and do MORE tweaking, specifically w the outfit colors & amount of accessories, hehe

zukin isn't exactly a sona, but she is kind of my outlet for scene culture if that makes sense. the movement was at its peak around the time i started using the internet, so when i was abt 6-7, and my parents at the time made the VERY WISE decision not to feed it (knowing how i was as a kid, i would have made some.. weird choices.) now though i'm just wishing i was older at that time, so i would've been able to appreciate it more. sure scene is making a comeback now but its not exactly how i remembered it being & so many popular sites from then are either deserted or shut down and iTS NOT FAIR// i did include web/virus elements as well since shady popups on windows xp is like. peak nostalgia for me. i toasted the FUCK out of a windows xp pc. not on purpose but like. good times. yknow? also her name is a nod to my ddr interest! i only ever played universe 3 for the longest time, but the songlist is my absolute favorite- learning about some of the other characters since 2017 definitely boosted my love for it!! i borrowed zukin from the many zukins, mainly because its fun and they're some of my favorites of the characters ive seen.

if i did have to assign a relation to her, she'd be... big sister. c: she seems like someone who'd be deeply committed to her aesthetic, and even when she isn't fully dressed, it seeps through her personality. she loves putting smiles on people's faces with her random lol XD wafflez humor, and if you're going through a rough patch, she'll absolutely just vibe with you and let you vent. and she probs sends her friends (or ppl she's trying to befriend) nightcore music that reminds her of them!
