Shot Was taken Behind a very thick Black Window on One of the Highest restaurant in Jakarta Without Tripod , So i think thats why its a little bit Hazy and not sharp.your best Critiques is very appreciated

I don't think I've even commented on this one before, but anyways.
I really like shots like this, especially when they're taken at night. I don't think the black frame is distracting at all, but one thing I noticed (and I had to look pretty hard to see it), is that there's quite a bit of noise in the sky area. Make sure that the ISO speed on your camera isn't set any higher than 80, and do NOT trust it to set the ISO automatically. Other than that, this is very nice
