I wish I could draw androgynous characters like that. There are a lot of interesting patterns and textures to the character.

I enjoy drawing textures and patters for my characters' fabrics, i hate plain colors.

What I do is do a simple colouring of a section, then select that section. When I create a new layer, I place a pattern or a texture within that selection in the new layer. I can then start playing around with how the two will merge.
What method did you use for colouring?

This drawing has two textures and one pattern. For the textures i color over the thin inking i do for erasing the pencil. This makes the ink blur a little. And then i ink this again over the color. For the patterns i do as i would do for any coloring, but i need to do test in other sheets to see if i can actually do the pattern, the coloring, mixing, separations, etc.
OMG this was so hard to write. I'm still learning english and i wrote a lot and delete it like 2 times. FRUSTRATING.

I should have expected that most deviants I'll met will speak English as a second language as there are a lot of people outside of North America and the UK.
